As part of the Kilmarnock Green Infinity Loop project, which will “provide connections between different communities on the outskirts of the town, offering greater access to local facilities“. A team of aerial imagery specialists will be operating a small drone to capture photography and survey data above various parts of the town.
The team will be conducting their drone surveys on fair weather days over the next 2 weeks. They will ensure all operations are conducted within national regulations and that public safety and privacy is of utmost importance.
The purpose of the imagery is to allow the design team to create visualisations of what the infrastructure could look like and to monitor progress of construction with these images acting as a baseline.
