As part of an ongoing programme to improve the condition of the road network, the Ayrshire Roads Alliance will be carrying out essential road resurfacing works on the B734 Barr to Hawhill Road, Girvan.
The works are expected to be carried out between Monday 12 June until 14 July 2023 at 17:00.
The road is expected to be closed between 8.00am and 5.00pm each day with it being open out-with these times.
An alternative route will be signed via B734 – A77 – A77 Vicarton Street (Girvan) – A77 Old Street (Girvan) – A77 Bridge Street (Girvan) – A77 Dalrymple Street (Girvan) – A77 Glendoune Street (Girvan) – A77 Shalloch Park roundabout (Girvan) – A714 – B734 – Stinchar Road (Barr) – B734 and vice versa.
Please note the works are weather dependant and road opening times may be delayed if there is adverse weather.
