The Ayrshire Roads Alliance, as part of its ongoing programme to improve the condition of the road network, will be carrying out essential maintenance works to the A719 Dunure Road – Burton Underpass.
The works which include the removal of the existing road, reinstatement of the embankment and reconstruction of the road will be carried out under between Monday 13 February and Friday 6 April 2023.
Both carriageways will be closed from 7.00am on Saturday 25 February for two weeks and diversions will be in place.
An alternative route will be signed via A719, Dunure Road, Greenfield Avenue, B7024, B7023 and
vice versa.
